Foam Cycle
  • In 2017, Foam Cycle launched the industry's first patented, transportable, turnkey foam packaging (commonly known as Styrofoam® or EPS) recycling system, purpose-built for outdoor municipal recycling drop-off centers.

Since then, the program has expanded to more than 40 Foam Cycle systems operating across 14 U.S. states and Canada, providing over 13 million people with access to foam packaging recycling where none existed before.

Building on that success, Foam Cycle has now launched Cooler Cycle®, the first dedicated roll-off container designed exclusively for collecting and recycling Foam Coolers.

    — Sarah Martinez, Logistics Manager “Cooler Cycle’s recycling process is seamless and environmentally responsible. They make it easy for us to divert foam coolers from landfills and contribute to sustainability.” Our clients trust Cooler Cycle to responsibly recycle thousands of foam coolers each year A complete collection and recycling service for foam coolers (also known as Styrofoam® coolers) using dedicated roll-off containers that transport collected coolers to recycling facilities, diverting them from landfills and returning the material to productive use.

Foam Cycle's mission is to eliminate the myths and misconceptions surrounding foam recycling (commonly known as Styrofoam® or EPS) by developing practical, scalable recycling solutions that can be successfully implemented at municipal recycling drop-off centers nationwide.

    — James Lee, Operations Director “Partnering with Cooler Cycle has simplified our waste management. Their dedicated containers and efficient transport mean we can focus on our core operations while ensuring eco-friendly disposal.” Our clients trust Cooler Cycle to responsibly recycle thousands of foam coolers each year A complete collection and recycling service for foam coolers (also known as Styrofoam® coolers) using dedicated roll-off containers that transport collected coolers to recycling facilities, diverting them from landfills and returning the material to productive use.

Foam Cycle's municipal foam packaging recycling program densifies collected foam on-site using its patented recycling system. The densified material is then shipped to end-user manufacturers, where it is transformed into new products such as picture frame moulding, building products, and even new foam packaging creating a true circular recycling solution.

    — Maria Gonzalez, Sustainability Coordinator “The team at Cooler Cycle is professional, reliable, and committed to sustainability. Their service helps us reduce landfill waste and promote reuse of materials.” Our clients trust Cooler Cycle to responsibly recycle thousands of foam coolers each year A complete collection and recycling service for foam coolers (also known as Styrofoam® coolers) using dedicated roll-off containers that transport collected coolers to recycling facilities, diverting them from landfills and returning the material to productive use.

Foam Cycle sells and services a variety of stand-alone foam densifiers in multiple sizes and capacities to meet the needs of commercial, industrial, and municipal customers. These systems are ideal for facilities with available indoor space that generate sufficient volumes of foam packaging to justify on-site densification.
