  • KEEPING FOAM COOLERS IN THE CIRCLE AND OUT OF THE LANDFILL

    Welcome to Cooler Cycle

The first fully dedicated roll-off collection and recycling service designed exclusively for the collection and recycling of Foam Coolers.

Cooler Cycle provides pharmaceutical companies, laboratories, hospitals, universities, and other high-volume generators with a simple, turnkey solution for collecting and recycling Foam Coolers.

Our service ensures compliance with environmental regulations while reducing waste disposal costs and promoting sustainable practices.

Once collected, Foam Coolers are transported to a recycling facility where they undergo the densification process using foam densifier equipment sold and installed by our parent company, Foam Cycle (link above).

    Foam Densification

Foam coolers are made up of approximately 98% air and only 2% polystyrene plastic. During the densification process, trapped air is safely removed, reducing the material's volume by as much as 90 to 1. This lowers transportation and storage costs while creating a valuable commodity to sell.

    Transforming Foam Coolers

    into New Products

The resulting densified polystyrene is then palletized and shipped to manufacturers that rely on this recycled feedstock to produce a wide variety of new products—including picture frame moulding, building insulation, architectural moldings, and yes, even new foam coolers.

By transforming discarded foam coolers into valuable raw material, Cooler Cycle helps create a true circular recycling system that:
